美股异动 | 腾讯ADR(TCEHY.US)一度涨超4%，宣布以实物分派京东A类普通股方式宣派中期股息
智通财经APP获悉，12月23日(周四)，腾讯控股ADR (OTC:TCEHY)(TCEHY.US)股价走高，一度涨超4%。截至发稿，该股涨3.81%，报59.15美元。此前腾讯公布以实物分派京东A类普通股的方式宣派中期股息。派发完成后，腾讯持有京东股份占比将从17%降至2.3%，腾讯总裁刘炽平也将卸任京东董事。
自2014年首次投资至今，腾讯投资京东已经长达近8年，见证了京东实现移动互联网转型及成功上市。腾讯表示，对京东前景充满信心，未来双方将继续战略合作。同时腾讯一如既往支持更多成长型企业，践行腾讯长期投资战略。
