2021年12月31日的恒生指数系列季度检讨结果，绿城管理控股(09979)被纳入恒生综合指数。在股价走势强劲的同时，机构也持续看好公司表现，瑞银发布研究报告，维持绿城管理控股“买入”评级，目标价由6.5港元升至8.3港元。瑞信也上调该公司目标价至8.04港元，并维持“跑赢大市”评级。
