港股异动：海底捞跌超4%，拟配售募资23亿港元
英为财情Investing.com -周五港股，海底捞 (HK:6862)下跌4.50%，至21.20港元。
海底捞今日早间发佈公告称，以先旧后新方式配售1.15亿股，占其扩大后股本2.06%，每股配售价20.43港元，较昨日收市价折让近8%。
公司预计，集资所得款项净额23.37亿港元，其中30%拟用于提升供应链管理及产品开发能力，另外30%拟用于偿还银行贷款融资，其余40%拟用于营运资金及一般企业用途。
