. 瑞信(CS.US)Q2净营收同比下降18%，Archegos爆仓亏损达6.53亿美元 智通财经APP获悉，瑞信(NYSE:CS)(CS.US)2021年第二季度净营收为51.03亿瑞士法郎，同比下降18%;归属于股东的净利润为2.53亿瑞士法郎，同比下降78%。 第二季度，CET1资本比率为13.7%，上年同期为12.5%;一级杠杆率为6.0%，上年同期为6.2%。 集团资产管理规模(AUM)超过1.6万亿瑞士法郎。 总的来说，与2020年的高水平相比，瑞信继续预计2021年未来几个季度的市场交易量将更正常。 此外，在对集团业务战略进行评估的过程中，瑞信预计将继续采取更保守的风险处理方法。 全球经济的持续复苏可以让瑞信继续释放部分信贷损失准备金。预计在今年剩下的时间里，实际税率将继续大幅提高。继2021年第二季度资本充足率大幅提高后，瑞信仍打算将CET1资本比率保持在13%以上，CET1杠杆率保持在4%以上。 瑞信还公布了Archegos爆仓事件的调查报告。投行主要业务在运营中两道防线均未能防止风险扩散。调查显示，公司没有参与到不法行为及不良投资行为中。调查没有发现银行的风控系统有缺失，本次事件主要因风控系统未能有效运作而导致。 6月初，所有Archegos剩余的多头和空头头寸都已退出，瑞信也采取了适当的人力资源相关措施，包括解雇和罚款。 在2021年第二季度和2021年上半年，Archegos对瑞信税前收入的财务影响分别为5.94亿瑞士法郎(6.53亿美元)和50亿瑞士法郎。 此外，瑞信保留向各种第三方索赔的权利。
